Colin, Paul Cravath, Marshall Field, Henry Harkness Flagler, Constance Hoguet, Otto Kahn, David M. Keiser, and others. Other files, ca. 1920s-1970s, contain press releases, portrait photographs, clippings, and other materials documenting the appointments and miscellaneous other activities of board members. Minutes, both bound and loose, of meetings of the board and its committees, ca. 1850-1976 (with gaps); Presidents represented in the minutes include George Templeton Strong, Andrew Carnegie, E. Francis Hyde, and Oswald Garrison Willard; Secretaries include Auguste Roebbelen and Felix Leifels. Also, annual reports, 1843-1986; and miscellaneous resolutions, circulars, and accounts.
